About IT DevWorks

IT DevWorks was started by Dave Parker and Neicole Crepeau whose combined experience amounts to over 40 years in the software industry.

We specialize in developing websites and products for small businesses. As small business owners, we understand your needs. Having worked for large software firms, we understand how to create high-quality products. Our goal? Provide high quality products for small businesses.

Big companies write software for other big companies. So the products available to small companies are often substandard—written by inexperienced developers, error-prone, poorly documented, and offering little or no support. IT DevWorks applies the standards of a large software company, offering you the quality you have a right to expect, at a reasonable price.

IT DevWorks is headed by Dave Parker who has over 20 years of experience as a developer, the last 12 spent at Microsoft Corporation. Dave has worked on everything from search technologies to databases, and has extensive experience with the Office object model, website development, C# programming, and all varieties of web-oriented technologies. In addition to programming, Dave has done customer support and consulting.

Co-owner Neicole Crepeau rounds out the development side of IT DevWorks. Neicole had over fifteen years of technical writing experience before moving on to usability and design. She holds certificates in User-Centered Design and Multi-Media Development from the University of Washington. She has designed websites, defined and conducted numerous usability tests, and designed or co-designed interface elements for Microsoft Office products, customer websites, and products for small-business clients.
